No. We started out with the objective to serve the Osu-Accra Metropolitan Area. However, we have started to get calls and orders from all over Ghana; even overseas. Therefore, the name only reflects where we are.
Yes, we do. It is free for Osu addresses right now. However, we have plans to extend it to Accra-Central. In the meantime, we do charge a small fee for other areas, to keep our delivery guys working.
- Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, etc.);
- Mobile Money Transfer (MoMo), through: MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo, Glo, etc.;
- Bitcoin (crypto currency);
- Interac (email transfer) for countries like Canada, and parts of Europe;
- CashApp (for USA shoppers).
Except for food items, all items are returnable for a full refund within 7 days, in original packaging and in sellable condition. Fifteen (15) days maximum for most items. Everything else will be on a case-by-case basis and if appropriate, Store Credit will be given towards a future purchase.
Note: Coupon credit is non-refundable.
I bought an item directly from a vendor listed on your website, which was not good. Can I get my refund from you?
Unfortunately Not. We only deal with issues related to purchases placed on our site. All direct purchases should be directed to the appropriate vendor involved. We do however, encourage you to rate and comment on the particular vendors profile so that other shoppers will be cautioned towards future interactions.
Yes. You are free to sign up for a separate vendor account, if you are already a customer. However, if you want to use the same account for both, call or email us and we will help complete the upgrade for you.
